    Bought for wedding, never used. Super-full double layer nylon organdy petticoat with satin waist and chiffon bottom ruffles. Atelier quality petticoat.
    The waistband is stretch and able to be custom fitted quite easily.
    40″ (100cm) waist and is 34″ (86cm) long. This will fit a tea length gown.
    Great for a retro feel short dress to twirl in!
